2. Services
FitFlex Therapy provides sports massage therapy, injury assessment and kinesiology strapping.  We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice.

3. Account Registration
Some Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms
Payments for Services must be made as specified on the website. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any price changes will not affect Services already booked or paid for. All payments are processed securely through the Yoco card machine.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations      must be made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund.
• Late      cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge of 50% of the service      booked to cover administrative costs.
• Refunds      will be issued at our discretion based on the circumstances.

6. Privacy Policy
Your use of the website is also governed by our privacy policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Intellectual Property
