1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

2. Services
FitFlex Therapy provides sports massage therapy, injury assessment and kinesiology strapping.  We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice.

3. Account Registration
Some Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms
Payments for Services must be made as specified on the website. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any price changes will not affect Services already booked or paid for. All payments are processed securely through the Yoco card machine or via EFT options. Please note the following about our invoice service option . 

 We accept payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for your convenience. By choosing to pay via EFT, you agree to the terms outlined in your invoice and this notice.

Please note that all invoices must be paid in full by the due date specified. Failure to meet these terms may result in additional charges or legal action. Any attempt to delay, dispute, or modify agreed payment terms without prior written consent will be considered a breach of contract.

Clients who exceed the payment period outlined in the invoice may be subject to:

Late payment penalties
-Increased invoice amounts due to administrative costs and recovery fees
-Suspension of ongoing or future services
-Legal recovery processes, which may include claims for breach of contract or fraud

 We take fraudulent claims and unjustified chargebacks seriously. Any false reporting or manipulation of payment agreements will be viewed as an attempt to defraud and may lead to legal action for financial misrepresentation or scamming.

By proceeding with EFT payment, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.

If you have questions about your invoice or need clarification on payment terms, please contact our accounts department prior to making payment.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge of 50% of the service      booked to cover administrative costs.
• Refunds will be issued at our discretion based on the circumstances.

6. Privacy Policy
Your use of the website is also governed by our privacy policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Intellectual Property
The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FitFlex Therapy or its content providers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the website without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitFlex Therapy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to damages for loss of data or profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
